The initial scope of work required an extensive Website redesign engagement. The new Website's interface solution is an extension of redesigned offline marketing collateral to strengthen the branding effort and maximize the investment in collateral for the property. The visual language portrays the warmth and luxury of the property and spa services to Website visitors.

The homepage and interior pages include flash technology that maximizes the resort's breathtaking high impact photography throughout the Website. Integrated throughout the Website in an elegant, non-obtrusive manner, the Lake Austin imagery tells a story to the consumer and visually communicates the experience of visiting Lake Austin Spa Resort. The Website also includes push marketing elements integrated within the design to help Lake Austin promote data collection, events and specials to consumers which generates repeat visitors.

The new Website also includes an interactive calendar of events that can be updated by Lake Austin, as well as a full content management system to provide Lake Austin with easy and cost efficient text and image editing. In addition, the Website includes a Monarch Club mini Website for Lake Austin Spa Monarch Club members. This mini-site provides personalized password protected content, events and specials for this Lake Austin community.

ClubResorts is the world leader in delivering quality golf resort lifestyle experiences. The company's portfolio consists of a unique collection of luxury golf and destination resorts including Pinehurst Resort, The Homestead and Barton Creek Resort & Spa.

Establishing Pinehurst's information architecture design was an initial first step in the Website design process, as it had to seamlessly integrate and work across all three properties. The E-site Marketing team spent considerable time taking inventory of the content from all three ClubResort properties and designing a content system that would optimize usability and efficiency on all three Websites, as well as allow for consistency across all three sites. To this end, the design approach for the Pinehurst Resort Website was to focus on capturing the identity and personality of a high-end, full resort experience using appropriate visual language while also creating a layout/template that would work for the other two properties, as well.

The Hay-Adams is a 145 room independent, luxury hotel located directly across from the White House, in Washington, DC. The AAA Four Diamond property, and member of Leading Hotels of the World, is ranked on Conde Nast Traveler's Gold List as one of the Top 75 North American Hotels. Upon completion of an extensive restoration the Hay-Adams wanted to present a new, redesigned Website to their customers. The target demographics are high-end leisure travelers, business travelers as well as groups. The E-site Marketing team created a new Website for the Hay-Adams that captured their -Hospitality without Borders- tagline. The Hay-Adams generates many return guests who are loyal to the hotel and get to know the staff. The hotel created a marketing campaign that focuses on the staff of the hotel and the new Website elegantly reinforces that theme.
